Two documents govern using OpenE2EE: the terms you accept, and what we do with the information you hand us. Both are versioned and dated, and the version a Startup order accepted stays published at its own permanent URL.

Terms of Service
Website terms, and the Startup commercial license agreement accepted at self-service checkout. Growth and Enterprise orders close on a signed order form instead.
Data practices
Privacy Notice
What we collect, why, which providers process it, how long it is kept, and how to make a request. The SDK runs in your environment; this covers the parts that do not.
Version history
Pinned terms startup-2026-07-23
The immutable copy of the terms recorded at checkout. Existing orders stay bound to the version they accepted, so each published version keeps its own address.
