AGPLv3: If you offer your product over a network, the AGPLv3 source obligations apply to it. Read the license text before you rely on this path.
Commercial license: A separately negotiated production grant for proprietary products, so AGPLv3 does not apply to the covered product. Scoped to a named legal entity, named covered products, and an explicit licensed-component list.
